Why am I still getting charged when my subscription has been canceled?

You will continue to be charged in either of the scenarios listed below:

  1. Deleted account or uninstall the app

    • This does not mean that the auto-renew subscription has been turned off

  2. Cancellation of the paid subscription has to be done before the next subscription cycle

    • E.g. If you are planning to unsubscribe to the paid subscription in June, you have to ensure that you cancel the subscription on May
